If you have customers requested for remote via software to view more channels, please give us a call.
We will assign a temporary ID and password for you.
All temporary IDs and passwords only work for same day issue from 9:00am to 5:00pm.

Internet Explore security setting:

1.   Click on “Tools”, select “Internet Options”

      

2.   Click on the “Security” Tab, click on the “Custom level” button
3.   Scroll down to “ActiveX Controls and plug-ins” heading in the settings windows
4.   Enable “All” settings related to ActiveX and plug-ins including the settings that are marked as unsafe

         

5.   Click on the “OK” button, click “Yes” button on the warning message
6.   Now click on the Remote Live Viewer picture on the left side of the screen
7.   In the Login window enter the word “demo” for both user name and password, click “OK” to continue

      

8.   Click on the warning message on the top of the window and select “Fix Setting for Me”

      

9.   When connected you can select the camera to view from the camera list window by double clicking on the name

      

Maximum of 16 cameras is allowed for viewing purposes.
